Should I Write Myself a Love Letter?

I realize today speaking with College Students how obsessed people can be about what "other people think about them." How unfortunate when you possess everything you need to be as cool as you think everyone else is... :-)
With that being said, I thought a great start on the road to that inner confidence we all have anyways is to ... U Ready!

*Pretend for a moment that you're your own greatest cheerleader. Now write a supportive and encouraging note to yourself as if you were cheering yourself on. Then pop it in an envelope and mail it to yourself, or ...
*When traveling, send a postcard with an inspiring message to your home address so when you get home you get it, or ....
*Right before shutting down your e-mail for the night, send yourself a note of appreciation of something good you did that day
so that you will see it first thing the next day.

We should develop the habit of applauding our own greatness in tangible ways!

Whatever Happened to DAVID SPATES???

DAVID SPATES is a very big Dude on Youtube with over a half a million in views.. And by Big I don't mean fat... I guess you would have to be a Youtuber to understand. Anyhoot, he obviously is missing in action due to the big guys over at Youtube shutting his CHANNEL down. Here's the video of us wishing for his return, or so I thought ... ATMOS 4 YR. ANNIVERSARY (RECAP)

WHOA! WHAT A NIGHT... The Party ended up being a Success (thank goodness). The Hennessy Black was flowing, the food was great and the people were cool. We ended up getting shut down by the (BiB) boys in blue due to the chaotic 100 people outside waiting to get in. We want to Thank Everyone for supporting this event.
