WOMEN'S MONTH

It’s Women’s Month …
I have thoughts about this month and I know most people probably are celebrating women everywhere and I love that.
But, I wanted to focus on something else. On women and how we relate to a man and his success.
For example, I appreciate how Barack Obama loves, cherishes & applauds Michelle every step of the way. He realizes the strength in supporting her.
And that, to me makes him more of a Man. This is in no way to judge other races as I am a Black Woman and I can only speak on being a Black Woman. I am an outsider looking in concerning other races even though I am the biggest Mut around. I was raised, whooped & taught by a Black Woman. And these are my thoughts….

The Man has been in position to define the Woman over & over again for a long time. We believe when our man tells us we are beautiful and Powerful & that we are loved by him.
Women You know we ARE the Man’s Foundation. We are the workhorse that keep the house's functioning, We are the foundation of the communities, We Raise their Children, We VOTE for them at Election time, we go see their movies, read their books, and sometimes we follow their dreams. We stand by silently and watch you become “men”. Coretta Scott King, Malcolm X's wife "Betty Shabazz" & countless other women who stand by their man but are known only for being these men's wives & bearer's of their children. Let’s be clear I am in no way saying their roles are diminished, but what I am asking is that you grant Women our long overdue “womanhood”. Glorify & dignify us as women. Tell the World how we are your Rock, how grateful you are for our being there, supporting & cheering with pom poms that are sometimes too heavy to bear. I have respect for Michael Jordan’s wife Juanita, Magic Johnson's wife Cookie, Denzel Washington’s wife Pauletta because when the going got tough they didn’t ravage their men in public. They loved him harder & dealt with the difficulties behind closed doors. I am challenging Men. Have more Respect for women, to Value her opinion, and most of all to dare to believe in her ability to stand just as tall as you, work as hard & do it while looking as good as you in her Mac lipgloss & stilettos … Show her in videos with more than just her ass out & her being the ride or die chick. Women, especially black women have more to offer. And Yes, I know we need women to challenge themselves more. But you don't have to help the problem too.

I'm so Close to "THE EVOLUTION" being finished. As the Puzzle comes together & the excitement builds I'm ecstatic all z time. In case your not sure as to why The Evolution.. here's meanings of what evolution means...
1. a process of change in a certain direction
2. a process of continuous change from a lower, simpler, or worse to a higher, more complex, or better state
3. something evolved
4. the process of working out or developing

Several different way's to say it but all representing the same thing: "GROWTH"
As I am ever Evolving, I saw the Title as Fit for this Project! Various different sides of me as an Artist and as a Person will be on display for all to see. These Are A SMASH---They look comfy. It's imperative that you don't wear too much Red with them. You can downplay these bloody mary's with tan or black or white clothes for the summer. Shoo, do what you want but the quality of the leather looks rich.
They may crease in the front so be careful not to wear them too much. And, hopefully they don't bleed on ya pants or socks.

Like The red ones he wore on his VH1 Storytellers with the funny looking hair do! Whew! After, red, black and white the DON LOW TOP should also come in grey, and a "mlxed dark/light brown with a pink touch colorway". And, after the "Grey and FluoPink sole" the HI TOP sneaker should also come in black and white. This collaboration between the french house and the american artist is really interesting and significant on the high-fashion market, and sneaker market. And it means lots of things about the fact that LOUIS VUITTON wants to extend his consumer targets. To The Hood that is...

This saying has always represented WIZDOM. Only an experienced person say’s this. Most times it’s Mom who says it when you have done something wrong. You’ll say to her, how you know and she’ll respond with “I have eyes in the back of my head”…. as you scratch your head to think about it. What she’s actually saying is she has the experience of Life & the know how to do what you are trying to do. As a matter of Fact she might have done it herself.

You go in The Store, You ponder the shelves - then you see them - you pick em up - stroke the shoe, & BAM those r it, your certain you want them, so you call ova the shoe guy to make sure they have them in your size, & yesss They do. As your foot touches the inside of the shoe & your sure those are the ones you want you grab the bag & your out of there. U turn the knob to your crib, open the cackly sounding bag, insert your hand inside & pull them out. You smell that New Sneaker Smell that gives you a Euphoric feeling. As you head down and stick your hand inside you pull em on, look in the mirror cuz you are the Man/Woman.... Just then you realize… I have just bought me a Fresh pair of Sneakers…

Pardon My Back

That's a phrase used by the likes of people from the hood that means exactly what it says, "Pardon My back". Most times people say this when their back is actually turned to someone because we know it’s considered disrespectful when you turn your back to someone while you're talking to them. In this case though I am referring to you. I'm asking you to pardon Me as I have kinda turned my back On You…in a sense anyway. I’ve been so busy PRIORIZING that I have not been posting anything. I guess I got caught up. Not on Purpose. But because like I said I had to Prioritize. And getting this Album done is High on My List of things to do. And with Greatness comes our friend Sacrifice. You gotta pull back from other things sometimes. But trust me you will not be disappointed as I have been working diligently on my new Found Fab 5 S’s…..STRENGTH, SOUL, STYLE, SUBSTANCE, & STREET… Interesting right?
